From fight against urban sprawl to alternative fuels: how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from transport?International Conference within the Framework of the Project CO2NeuTrAlp21th September 2010, Société d’Enseignement Professionnel du Rhône, Lyon France
With the international conference, the project partners of the EU Alpine Space project “CO2NeuTrAlp“ intend to create a central platform to discuss how alternative propulsion technologies can contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from transport, integrating urban planning aspects. Both technological and organisational concepts for sustainable mobility will be presented and debated.
Apart from the project partners from France, Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Germany, about 200 international guests are expected, including decision-makers from local authorities, regions and companies, urban planners, mobility experts, scientists and researchers.
